Multi-lingual Language

The lines between languages seem to become increasingly blurry. When I travel to my native country, Germany, big signs in stores' windows greet me with English announcements of a big "Sale". Pop singers in Germany now embark on writing songs in German-English, mingling the lyrics in both languages. Quite entertaining, though the non-English speaking German population does have trouble relating to what's being sung.
This intertwining of languages has one big caveat: cultures may mix too easily and willingly, which is truly a sad loss to the world's diversity.
